Its location on a quiet, tree lined street and the large old fashioned porch are the first signs that this is the place to slow down, relax and enjoy yourself. Lovely gardens beckon guests to enjoy the outdoors. Inside, this Queen Anne Victorian that is listed on the National Register of Historic Places is furnished with antiques and family heirlooms that take you back to an era of comfortable luxury. Excellent breakfasts, tea time, and personal attention make each day a special one. Lovely linens, china, silver and crystal add to the realization that here , you are a special guest. The Inn circa 1899-1900, was elegantly restored and today is a fine example of Queen Anne architecture with 8 distinctive bedrooms (1 with a fireplace), and a luxurious suite with a fireplace. A 4-course breakfast (including fresh squeezed orange juice; fresh fruit; homemade breads, scones, muffins; French toast, pancakes or egg dishes with sausage or bacon) and afternoon Tea( with fresh fruit; cheese and crackers; cake or cookies) are served. The Carriage House(3 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room, dining room and kitchen) is ideal for groups/families and children of all ages. Bicycles and helmets are available for guests to use.
