Delightful, Victorian sea captain's home built in 1828 and changed to its present Queen Anne style in 1879 is located in the Historic District of South Dennis, MA. Its comfortable front proch is lined with white wicker rockers and tables. There are 5 tastefully decorated guest roooms with period 4-poster or white iron queen beds and oriental or hand woven rugs. Three bedrooms offer private baths and two rooms share a bath. The fireplaced living room is comfortable yet lovely and has a cable TV, VCR and stained glass windows. The dining room is also fireplaced and has a stained glass picture window and parqueted floors.

The inn which is situated on a bike path offerse bicycles to guests for a small fee. Popular board games are available for guests use as are a limited selection of video movies. The Cape Cod 20+ mile bike Rail Trail is only 1/2 mile from the Inn. Area attractions include world class beaches, horseback riding, museums, fishing, craft and antique shops, and a local church which houses the oldest working pipe organ in the country. The Inn is located in the Mid-Cape area and is central to all Cape Cod attractions. Children of all ages are welcome. Full breakfast is satisfying with homemade muffins and a hot entree. Smoking is restricted to the front porch.
