Following your entrance through the Maple Harris grand front door, you will note many architectural features: only working residential elevator in the city; warm blend of richly detailed oak, maple and cherry wood work throught the entire house; double wide pocket doors; oak open staircase with a raised sitting alcove; beveled leaded parlor window; original gas light fixture; double living room area with coal burning fireplace; a dining room with hardwood floor, which opens into a three season porch -- great for a leisurely breakfast.

Each room has it's own sitting area. The lace curtains were designed by the owner as are the hand crafted comforters and hand stitched quilts crafted by family members.
