The elegant 1915 Georgian Colonial home is perched on a peaceful hill in Seattle's University district, overlooking the Cascade mountains. Located 10 minutes from the downtown attractions and a short walk from the University of Washington campus, shopping and restaurants are nearby.
The large guest rooms are furnished with antiques, and for your convenience all have private baths and private phones with modem access. Bathrobes, bottled water, soft down comforters, and a resident teddy bear welcome you to each room. 4 of the rooms have porches, many of which overlook the gardens and the Cascade mountains, one room has its own cozy fireplace!
