Located about a block from the head of Blue Hill Bay and in the historic district of the village, the Inn welcomes guests with gracious hospitality. Afternoon tea, evening hors d'oeuvres, an award winning wine cellar, and evening turn-downs refresh guests after a day of exploring the small villages and coastline, hiking the many trails in the area, spending the day on the bays or ocean, antique hunting or gallery hopping, or simply relaxing with a book in the Inn's garden.



Knowing that traveler's often have little time for vacations, the Innkeepers offer help to their guests in planning their stay. Reservations at restaurants, kayaking or cruising with local guides, concert tickets, hiking routes, bike rentals, and massages are frequent requests.
