We are a private residence located off of Mill Road, two blocks from the Gazebo on Main Street, Westhampton Beach and approximately one mile from Dune Road (the beaches). You can walk to the Performing Arts Center, area restaurants, movies, bowling. St. Mark's Episcopal Church, Beach United Methodist Church and The Hampton Synagogue are also within easy walking distance.
We offer three "no frills" rooms. Season is 5/20/01 through 9/10/01. CORNER Room with private bathroom, Queen bed, couch, Cable TV, telephone and refrigerator. Season $135; Off-Season $80. HALL Room with queen bed, Cable TV, telephone, share bathroom in the hall. Season $110; Off-Season $70. FRONT Room with full/double bed, Cable TV, share bathroom in the hall. Season $80; Off-Season $60. Please note we do not have air conditioning. Prices include two people in a room, continental breakfast, clean linen daily, including two beach towels per person. Beach passes are $5 extra per day payable at Rogers Pavilion.
We have a pool and private fenced in backyard. There is a gas barbecue grill available for your use. We will accept pets for a $5 charge per pet per day. Please note that WE HAVE TWO MALE DOGS (Maltese and Beagle).
Full payment must be received in advance, either by check or guaranteed by American Express. There will be a one-day, non-refundable charge for cancellations made less than two days in advance.
