Uptown private garden guest cottage, located near universities and Audubon Park. Convenient to downtown and the French Quarter via St. Charles Avenue and the streetcar. Off the beaten path, but close to everything.

Enter through tall garden gates to your exclusive private cottage. Antique furniture recalls old New Orleans. Furnishings include a queen-size sleigh bed and sitting area with a couch that unfolds to a second queen-size bed. Dining area is stocked with breakfast foods including fresh fruit, pastries, yogurt, cereal, cheese, juice, coffee and teas. Books on New Orleans architecture and history await you. The cottage is named for John J. Audubon and we have several of his prints, as well as books about him.

A private porch, covered patio, and outdoor seating allow enjoyment of the garden. You may want to take your morning coffee or breakfast outside. Or, sit in the cool evening breeze and listen to the night sounds. The garden is home to many different birds, butterflies, and squirrels.
