This stately 1906 Victorian home is located three blocks from Courthouse Plaza in the heart of the historic district of downtown Prescott. Moved to its present location and renovated in 1990, The Pleasant Street Inn is stylishly decorated with comfort in mind.







The spacious accommodations include four rooms (two suites), all with private bath. The large romantic upstairs Pineview Suite has a bay window, fireplace and sofa bed in the sitting room, king-size bed and large (double sink) private connecting bathroom. The elegant downstairs Terrace Suite has its own deck, sofa bed in the sitting room, queen-size bed and private bathroom. The Garden Room is a cheerful upstairs corner room with white wicker furnishings, a queen-size bed and private bathroom. The upstairs Prescott Room is a bright and sunny corner room with a king-size bed and large adjacent private bathroom.







The Pleasant Street Inn was awarded the 2003 "Best Weekend Getaway" by Arrington's Bed and Breakfast Journal and was featured in the July 2001 issue of Phoenix Magazine as one of "Arizona's Best B & B's". The owner and resident Innkeeper, Jeanne Watkins, was featured as a "Newsmaker" in a 2003 edition of Today's Arizona Woman magazine.
