In the Castillian region Tierra de Pinares, between the historic villages of Medina del Campo and Olmedo lies El Pinar de San Rafael, which spreads over 130 Has. La Posada del Pinar is situated in one of its slopes facing the east and is formed by several buildings being the oldest one from the 17th century.

The Posada has been carefully conditioned to create a comfortable establishment with cosy bedrooms and wide sitting areas. It has several sitting rooms: one of them has a chimney; another is situated in what used to be a chapel; the third one has a library and a TV; and the last one is in the top floor from which there are splendid viws of the pine woods around, and where it is possible to celebrate work meetings.

There are many interesting places to visit near La Posada del Pinar, some of which are: Medina del campo, city of queen Isabel la Catolica; Olmedo, with its beautiful mudejar-style architecture, etc And the inn is situated less than an hour awy from the main cities in Castilla: Avila, Segovia, Valladolid, Salamanca and Zamora.
