Two elegant rooms with new ensuite baths, either queen or double bed plus large sofa-bed in my 1869 Victorian home on quiet, tree-lined, gas-lit street in unique, historically preserved, centrally located downtown residential neighborhood. Rooms on second floor, elevator for luggage, full home-cooked breakfast, NO 13% hotel tax, folding cot available. An easy walk to most everything, Charles/Arlington St T (subway) stops, Under-Common garage for guest parking, (not included). Two sweet white dogs in residence.

One night NON-REFUNDABLE deposit required by check, which represents payment in full for the last night of reserved stay. One night stays only occasionally possible at last minute, three night minimum stays some week-ends. 10% discount for stays of 7 nights or more. Price varies seasonally.
