Steve, we'd be glad to help.  We have 3 home pages between our 
Commencement
Bay B&B and the local Tacoma B&B Reservation Service we coordinate, and 
lots
of time working with the internet, email, etc. which has been fairly
successful too.  (We did the original WWW listing for the Wa. B&B Guild,
which I still don't think they appreciate or even realize exists!)
