Interesting questions for which I have absolutely no hesitation in
answering...a confirmed reservation is a contract (at least in my
simple-minded way of thinking) -- that we will provide the guest a room as
described and that they will appear and pay the balance when due.  So,
better opportunities come up...so what?  Call me niave, but there is
something just plain honorable and honest about all this stuff.

let's not loose sight of these simple things when we get into our business
modes.  (Whew...didn't mean to get on a soap box, but.....)
