Francis,
I was just looking thru some old messages and found yours.
The WBBG (Washington Bed & Breakfast Guild) has just completed work on a
State wide Gift certificate program.

We will have a Mail in request page in the back of our annual B&B
directory.  this will allow the client to send a check to our
administrator who will return the Cert to the client.

The Member Inn will take the Cert at face value and then Guild will
send  them $.95 on the dollar to cover the cost of admin.

It is our hope that the interest on the reserve acct will provide us
with a little income.

We will survey the member inns with our 1997 renewal and provided 50% of
the members wish to participate we will implement.

One possible extension to this program would to make the Cert good out
side our state and yours good here.

I am working out the details on somethin like that now an will keep you
posted if you wish.
