Linda...you asked about a "turnkey" computer software that does it all! 
For 
nearly 10 years we have been able to run a pretty decent Inn with INNPAL. 
Everyone will have their reasons why this system or that system works. 
There are 
many. I urge you to get hooked into a system that has other users in your 
area. 
At least that way there are resiources available to you for all the 
questions 
you're gonna have. PAII conference is San Antonio had a GREAT 
presentation that 
compared several systems and you could contact Carl Buder at Thorncroft 
Inn on 
Nantucket for his advice...he made the presentation. Also get a system 
that has
