We use a package from Custom Software from Corvalis, Washington. It works great. We have 16 rooms and know the software will support up to twenty rooms. We got the software when we bought the Inn 16 months ago. Two changes, three updates and several errors have been corrected without additional charge. Price is about $250 for the PC. I runs in DOS, Windows 3.1 or Windows 95. I know it does everything we need, including a full accounting package. I don't know if it will handle services, food and supply orders as I don't know what you may wnat the system to do for you.
