How do others guarantee a reservtion when someone calls to book that has received a gift certificate? It doesn't seem right to take a credit card number but in my experience it seems that gift certificate recipients often aren't regular "inn goers" and they lack the understanding of how an inn works. . . i.e. they seem to cancel at the last minute much more often then regular guests. Advice?
