innkeeping: Fwd: Inaccuracies in Lanier's AOL Listings

Greetings from Western Massachusetts and The Berkshire Hills!  We and 
other
innkeepers in this part of the country have been discussing our ongoing
frustration with  grossly inaccurate geographic listings by Lanier 
(Keywords:
"Bed and Breakfast" on AOL).  For example, all the inns of Lenox are 
listed
under "Cape Cod" (the eastern part of the state).  We understand that this
problem extends across the country and that it has been going on for 
about a
year now.

We, along with other innkeepers, have tried to rectify this situation 
through
telephone and e-mail communications with Lanier to no avail (as of now).  
We
are now turning to all of you to call upon the strength in numbers.  
Please,
if you have paid to be listed in this directory, check your listing (not 
by
town or name) by the Lanier's geographic groupings within your state.  If 
you
are incorrectly listed, please let PAII (jmb@paii.com) know as well as 
Lanier
(Lanier@travelguides.com).  Perhaps we will be able to straighten this 
out if
