PAII needs info:

Have any of you been audited around the issue of using an innsitter 
as anindependent contractor * and, if audited around this issue  
successful * in convincing the IRS. 

The IRS is sniffing around this issue - and currently auditing some 
B&B inns - claiming innsitters can NOT be independent contractors.
