innkeeping: Innkeepers swaps

I'm interested in putting together a list of inns/innkeepers that/who =
would
be interested in swaps/exchanges with other innkeepers; i.e. we would =
stay
with you one time, you would stay with us another time, no money =
exchanged
(just a little social "whine and geez" time together perhaps).  I'm =
not
sure what form it would take...maybe something I can send out via =
email and
you can download/printout, whatever.  Postage might make the mailing =
thing
hard and I'd like to keep to the free nature of my idea.  I'd like =
the list
to include names, addresses (of course), and restrictions as well as =
maybe
a web site (or even book, you know  those heavy things with the pages)
where a write-up can be found.  For example: we are located in the =
Pioneer
Valley of western MA, and would be willing to swap with anyone coming =
this
way, dollar for dollar (i.e. equivalent value of rooms) from Sunday =
through
Thursday except for May, June, September and October. (More than one =
night
negotiable.)  During those months and on any weekend we will give 20% =
off
to innkeepers.  We are listed on the web at Innplace.com and =
Innsite.com
If we shared such a list, there would be less discomfort or =
embarrassment
about calling and asking...we would all know how each other felt.

I think this is a really great thing we can all do for each other, =
plus our
experience is that it can be great fun!  Give me some feedback and =

{TO THE MODERATORS:  I know that PAII has indications on its =
membership
lists who would be willing to swap...however there are no indications =
as to
restrictions, and our experience is that many of these places don't =
do it
even if they've said they would.}

decision. We are in no position =8B nor would we presume to =8B put =
in restrictions for you. That is why it's so open. I think whatever =
motivates more innkeepers to stay at other B&Bs -- go for it! The =
