innkeeping: B&B Sydney alert

Hi All,

Last Sunday we had a guest called Mr Buckley who arrived, slept, ate and
left with the house keys and no payment. We've had to change locks etc. 

He was 5'8" with dark curly hair, well spoken australian and a back
pack.

Hope he doesn't stay with you.
