innkeeping: Electronic bookkeeping

A soon-to-be innkeeper who visited us last weekend talked about a new
innkeeping records package he'd seen at the Ohio B&B Assn. meeting.  Seems
for $99 it cross links addresses with birthday and anniversary lists and
more.  It was getting rave reviews there.  He didn't know the name of it 
tho.

The ones I've heard about cost at least 3x that and haven't gotten any
positive reviews beyond the manufacturer.  Does anyone know about this 
one?
