We (Highland Place B & B in Jackson, TN) have a power mac. We have Claris
Works and have created our own system. (Actually my sister did it in less
than one day). It is wonderful...everything is tied together so that once
I enter the information for the reservation I can pull off the
confirmation
letter, the welcome letter, the invoice, taxes, monthly income statements,
etc, etc. It does the trick for me. If you have the knowhow, or the
patience to work through the manual for Claris Works, you can customize
your own.

Yes, Rugby is wonderful. We have visited...perhaps have met you. We
meandered through that area two years ago popping in on every B&B in that
part of the country...stopped at two B & Bs there in Rugby. Both were
very
nice and welcoming even though they were busy...one in the middle of a
picture shoot. Little did I know then how obnoxious we were since we had
not been running our inn then. Now that we are running our inn, I realize
what a nuisance we were! If you are one of the ones we interrupted that
day, I apologize and thanks for taking the time and providing the
information we were looking for! Come interrupt me some time. I would
welcome you...hopefully a graciously and most of the innkeepers welcomed
us
that week.
