innkeeping: Electronic reservation packages

Hi -- someone recommended an electronic reservation package for $69 but
didn't give any info on the name, how to contact the supplier, etc.  I
haven't received a response to my e-mail.  I'm trying to get the info for 
a
fellow innkeeper who has 13 rooms and is in desperate need.  Any help?
