JoAnne-Thanks for the word of caution, my choice of words couldn't have
been worse! 

Of course, what I'm referring to here is just what you suspected-NOT a
group of innkeepers conspiring but rather an honest attempt to VALUE those
features we do have. The reason I thought to ask the question in the first
place  was that I thought I remembered seeing something along those lines
in a PAII newsletter a long time ago.
