I's a matter of how an individual innkeeper chooses, prepares & displays the meals. Our experience is that if the breakfast looks, tastes and smells good, your guests will enjoy it. Atmosphere is important: the table setting, room lighting etc. Friendly conversation is one of the main ingredients and appetite is the best sauce. Be prepared for special requests (determine special needs of individuals prior to their arrival). :) Bob Weinman The Ashwood http://www.moriah.com/ashwood --- The Ashwood ashwood@proaxis.com
