I suggest any inn who gives away any form of alcohol contact the ATF
(Alcohol, tobacco and firearms) folks and regardless of giving or selling
you are required to have the same liccense that a retail establishment has
for beer/wine which is $250 per year.
In Oregon, you can get a license to give alchohol away for $5 per room per
year. This does ot take the place of the ATF license and the Oregon
liquor
commission indicates that when they supply your state license they then by
law are required to notify ATF..
