This has been talked about before, but a domain name gives you
flexibility - it's portable between ISPs like your 800 number can be
moved to another carrier.  A good marketing mix on the internet includes
your own site where you can do it up brown without format/space
limitations of the guidebooks along with a reasonable selection of the
guidebooks.  Best discussion of this issue is still Steve Demarest's

for well under $500 per year - some below $300!
