I have been using "Kozyware" for about 3 years & it has worked well for me. I too thought $495.00 was more than I wanted to pay. The basic cost is $99.00, which is for two rooms. Additional rooms are $5.00 each, so for my 5-room inn, the cost was $124.00. I have been very pleased with it. If you want more details, I will be glad to supply.
