Hi, I think you are definitely making the right decision for installing the guest phone in every room. Making sure that they are directly dialout type. The system will automatically track and charge each call to the individual room number. We have a 28 rooms hotel nearly 20 years ago, in the downtown Montreal, Canada, and we would not be able to have the present volume of business, if we did not have the phone in the room. We also found that our guests did not mind to get charged for each call (local or long distance) so long as the system is user-friendly and efficient. As for prices of the system, I am sure you could get better prices in the US. What you really want to compare and pay attention to are the installation and aftersales support services...etc. in order to avoid costly frustration in the later date. I hope this tip helps. Best of luck and regards, Tasoon Wong Hotel La Residence du Voyageur 847 Sherbrooke East Montreal Quebec H2L 1K6 Canada Phone: (514) 527 9515 Fax: (514) 526 1070 email: twng@ican.net website: http://wworks.com/~resvoyager
