I don't know if I can help much since we're just a 3 room B&B with an 
antique shop and no additinal meals. I know my insurance is a small 
fraction of the cost of yours. I'm insured through Arndt McBee (Great 
American) which was the most economical when I checked the market. Wolfe 
also has a good business and he claims to have achieved lower rates 
since I checked when he was 25% higher. I believe my policy is basically 
commercial with a rider that covers the homeowners posessions but there 
may be different liabilities if other meals are involved. I'm sure 
you'll get sevral other replies. I don't have the addresses handy so
