The best product we have found was recommended by our Chem-Dry Carpet =
Cleaner. It is called Chem Dry and is in a can that looks like a small =
fire extinguisher, only blue. We buy it at our local Wal-Mart. This =
product cleans with carbonated water and leaves no residue to attract =
further soiling. I have also seen this product in a mail order catalog =
but at a much higher cost. It also seems to work on upholstery and =
fabric such as bed spreads. I keep several cans scattered throughout =
the house to catch spots as they happen which is the big secret, I think
