In my opinion, the general public has pretty much been educated that any
thing they buy is "plus tax".  Why swim upstream?  I'd quote your rate,
"plus taxes" and I think you'll find nobody will complain.  Our taxes
are 9%, in some areas its higher than that....we certainly couldn't
absorb it!  Good luck!
