You might want to check with your taxing authority and see if this is =
allowable in your state.  Nebraska wants you to be sure that you figure =
the taxes as a separate amount, at least in printed material and when =
you collect.  We are fortunate that our taxes are quite low and most =
guests do not even think about that amount.  We have found that often =
those who call inquiring about rates are "just shopping around" for the =
best deal and its hard to convince them of the benefits of a B & B.
