I had a copy of the code book sent to me. There is a code about lights in the food preparation area. The lights must be covered or sealed. We have fixtures that are not. Does anyone know if this will be a problem? I look in the kitchens of the B&B's I go to and they don't have sealed or covered lights. I look at the restaurants and they don't. Does anyone follow this rule? I am nervous about the initial inspection. Especially since I took the trouble of requestion a book before hand thinking it would help us. I am nervous to call them about this question as the fixtures are special ordered, expensive and can't be returned. thanks for your response, Diana
