innkeeping: Water Treatments

Does anyone out there have any suggestions as to how one could lease
equipment to treat water. We have a client who has wonderful well water 
but
it is oh so hard on towels, robes, sheets, etc. Suspect a proper treatment
facility would work well but the going in cost is so very high. Have 
leased
other things in past (comm dishwasher, comm laundry stuff) but am at a 
loss
for where to begin the research of this one. Am all ears...no pun 
intended.
