Soap has never been a killing germ agent . Soaps are made of grease and it is only inteded to clean body oils. ( grease disolves other greases ) In order for soaps to kill germs they have to have an antibacterial substance. In our INN we have no problem with left over soap since out employes take it home and use it. No one has ever caught any disease from that. Why dont you recycle your left over soap . Just boil it with a little water and you can use it for laundry purposes . Add some clorox and thats it. Change to liquid soap dispensers.
