innkeeping: Health Insurance

I own a new bed and breakfast in Lenoir City, Tenn.,--The Captain's
Retreat. My daughter (age 30) is managing the B&B. Does anyone know about
getting health insurance for one employee? Does anyone have examples of
employee contracts they could share? Thanks.
