Hi:
Many of our guests come from the states of
Illinois, Minnesota, Iowa and of course our own home state of Wisconsin.
Our Inn & cottages are right on the Bay of Sturgeon Bay so, our biggest
attraction is our wonderful fishing. We are able to dock boats and you
could say we cater to the fishermen. We also rent boats so that gives our
guests something to do while they do stay with us. We do receive some
Canadian guests, but, most do come from Illinois. Thank you,
Bonnie.

Subject: Re: Innkeeping: Where are your
guests from?
Our B & B is in Hawaii on the Big Island of Hawaii and most
of our guest came from Germany and the US Mainland so far. Since we have not
been in business for only one year, this might not be representative.

Everyone,
This prompts me to ask where most of your guests hail from. When I
had my downtown Toronto B & B I had mostly American guests, but also
many from Britain, France, and Germany, and of course Canadians.
Many of those were teachers, authors and professional speakers
attending conventions.
I'd be curious to know where most of your guests come from and if
there is a special attraction (not just tourist attraction) that
draws them to your inn or area.
