Olde Orchard Inn, Moultonboro, New Hampshire
The Olde Orchard Inn is nestled on the outskirts of rural Moultonborough in the northern section of New Hampshire's Lakes Region. It is quiet and informal, yet close to four-season indoor and outdoor activities and sophisticated dining. You can take a brisk walk to Lake Winnipesaukee, less than a mile down a quiet road, and return to a full country candlelit breakfast with ingredients from our orchard and locally roasted gourmet coffee.
Nine distinctly different guest rooms retain the personality of our 18th century farmhouse. All have private baths and air conditioning, most have queen beds, and some have fireplaces and whirlpools. Several rooms can accommodate three people, and we have a private “family landing” for parties traveling with children. Room rates range from $75 to $185 and include a full breakfast.
Musicians are invited to play our piano or Hammond organ at impromptu gatherings. Take a book or magazine and a lawn chair and read by our pond. Relax with a cool drink on our porch while you watch the sun set behind Red Hill.
