Unique crown moldings, beautiful wood floors, architectural details, antiques and the original blueprints will tell of the pride of the first owner. There are fireplaces for cozy warmth on a snowy day and flower filled gardens and a waterfall to lounge around in summer. A piano, lots of board games and a TV room help fill your hours. Breakfast is an event with several courses served in a sun filled room.

Located in the downtown area of a university town, there are walking trails along the river, a farmers market, historic main street, x-c trails, championship golf and forest preserves all within minutes.
