Wooden Heart Inn, Sister Bay, Wisconsin
We welcome you to our newly-constructed log home nestled in the woods on the north side of Sister Bay in Door County, Wisconsin. It is furnished with meticulously restored antiques. Our guests are welcome to use our great room with its large fieldstone fireplace, the deck and large, screened gazebo in the rear of the house, and the front porch with its old-fashioned swing and rocking chairs. Enjoy a stroll on a path through beautiful perennial flower gardens and listen to the songs of the birds.
The three guest rooms are located on the second floor along with a loft where guests may watch TV, play games, or read. The rooms are decorated in themes--apples, cherries, and hearts. Each room has a queen-sized bed and a small bath with shower.
Guests are served a full country breakfast on a 180-piece set of hand-painted Bavarian china dated from 1890. Specialties are Danish aebleskivers, heart-shaped waffles and strawberry french toast.
There is a gift shop, located off the great room--"From The Heart" --specializing in hearts and B & B gifts.
