Enjoy a peaceful retreat to the country on this rural Nebraska farmstead. Watch the golden sun sink into the hills or gaze into the star-studded heavens without the glare of city lights. Catch the early-morning rays, listen to the birds singing or spend a lazy afternoon swinging on the lawn swing as you soak in the fresh country air.

The coffee is always on and the petting zoo always open at this charming early 1900's farmhouse furnished with exquisite antiques. Rent one room or the entire house. The innkeepers live only 'a shout away' so you can have complete privacy.

Angora, Nubian and Boer goats, sheep and exotic birds are raised on the farm. The Shepherd's Inn uses soap, bath gel, shampoo and body lotions made from goats milk and merino sheep lanolin.

The Shepherd's Inn has 3 guest bedrooms. The main floor bedroom has a queen bed, adjoining day room with an antique dabed and a private bath with shower.

Upstairs the 2 bedrooms share a Victorian bath. The bigger bedroom has a queen bed, pedestal sink and sunny south exposure. The second bedroom has a full bed with very unique decor.
