Located on a tranquil acre of landscaped grounds, the Hummingbird Inn, a unique Carpenter Gothic villa, offers accommodations in an early Victorian setting. Five comfortable air conditioned rooms are furnished with antiques, and combine an old-fashioned ambience with modern convenience. Architectural features include wrap-around verandas on the first and second floors, original pine floors of varying widths, and a wood-burning fireplace in the den. Common rooms for guest use include the 1780 den, the spacious parlor, and solarium. In season, the verandas afford comfortable seating upstairs and down, and lawn games are available. A large deck overlooks a wide trout stream, and the old red barn was once the town livery. A full country breakfast is served each morning. Breakfast specialities include fresh fruits in season, oven-baked honey-cinnamon french toast, omelets, breakfast casseroles, and homemade muffins and coffee cakes.

	Thanksgiving Package: Three nights, Wed – Fri nights or Thur – Sat nights. Stay three nights and share a traditional Thanksgiving dinner with the innkeepers and the other guests. We’ll serve our turkey dinner with all the trimmings at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, and give you the option of enjoying the warm-ups on Friday night as well. Come and relax for the holiday, and let us do the cooking and clean up! If you’d like to stay a fourth night, we’ll give you a half-price discount on that night! Rates for the 3-night package range from $615-$685 per room, plus tax, depending on the room you choose, and include breakfast each morning and the two dinners.
