Ancestors Inn At The Bassett House, Syracuse, New York
Ancestors is located in a restored historic 1860s brick italianate mansion located in the quiet village of Liverpool, NY. Liverpool is just outside of Syracuse, NY. Ancestors has easy access from the New York State Thruway and is just minutes from downtown Syracuse.
Each of the four rooms has a queen-sized bed and a private bath. Each room is named for one of your innkeeper's ancestors and is decorated in a style appropriate to that person.
Valentine's room is done in red and black, is very masculine and has a whirlpool tub large enough for two.
George and Regina's room is decorated in gray and mauve and has a rose garden theme. The private bath for this room is located directly across the hall and features a large shower.
Charlotte's room is decorated in white, cream and beige and reminds one of a silent film set boudoir. The huge bath for this room is also directly across the hall and has a claw-foot tub and pedestal sink.
A full gourmet breakfast is served each morning on the weekends and a continental breakfast is served during the week.
