This turn of the century Bed & Breakfast Inn, surrounds you with the elegance of the Victorian Era while you enjoy its casual, comfortable ambiance. People strolling or cycling set the pace in this charming, unspoiled fishing village. Just a brief walk from the inn, guests will discover delightful shops, art galleries, fine restaurants and a harbor with an array of fishing and cruising boats.

Oriental, with a population of 850 and 2,000 sailboats, is justifiably known as the sailing capital of North Carolina.

Guest bicycles are available, and sailing or cruising charters can be arranged. Kayaks, canoes and sailcraft may be rented to explore the endless waterways, home to an array of waterlife. Pelicans, ospreys, bat rays, dolphin and even otters cavorting in the creeks. Don't forget your camera, there is much to see and photograph.
