Wrangling Brook Farm offers the elegance of a fine colonial home on a working farm. The main house is situated above a lively brook and is the loving reconstruction of an 1800 house on the same site destroyed by fire. The house is located on a quiet road and looks out over water and meadowland. The house retains much of the charm of the original homestead--six working fireplaces, wide board floors and hand hewn beams--while providing the comforts associated with modern homes. All rooms have private bath. One room has a fireplace, one room has a balcony overlooking meadow and pool, one room has a sleeping loft. The farm raises belted galloway cattle.
