Completed in 1899, the Dr. Frances B. Warnock House features Queen Anne and colonial revival architecture. The red granite foundation, twin turrets, gingerbread trim and curved veranda were typical of the grand Victorian style homes of the nineteenth century.



This immaculately restored Queen Anne Victorian Country Inn is a National Landmark, and features a massive wraparound porch with a spire-roofed bay and distinctive Palladian windows. From the hushed entrance with sweeping, open oak staircase to the Queen Anne bay, guests are surrounded by clear, pristine woodwork and period antiques. Three spacious bedrooms with private baths, antique furnishings, cable TV and free movies are located on the second floor. On the main floor, lunch and dinner guests enjoy candlelight dining in their choice of two elegant, private dining rooms. Spend a weekend, an overnight or make reservations for lunch or dinner.
