One of Lancaster County's newest accommodations is also among the homiest. Country Living Inn's homey touches start on the front porch, complete with a full set of rocking chairs. The lobby is furnished, in part, with pieces that have been in the owners' families for generations. And each one of the 36 guest rooms recalls the influence of a country home, with traditional country furniture and decorating. Master craftsmen were employed to use the old German art of wallprinting for the wall decor. Each bed is extra long, and has its own quilt. The Romantic Suite lives up to its name, with a whirlpool for two, and a king size poster bed. The Master Suite features a queen size bed, a queen size sofa bed, extra sitting room, and a refrigerator.

Of course, as rich as the Inn is in country atmosphere, it offers all the modern conveniences. There's color cable television in every air-conditioned room. Non-smoking rooms are available, and our friendly staff can help plan your sightseeing of the area, bargain shopping at the outlets, or finding a great place for dining. Additional amenities include coffee, tea, and hot chocolate daily, and fresh pastries served on the front porch (May through October weekends only). We pride ourselves on pampering our guests with all the little personal touches that will make your stay with us so memorable.

Outside the Inn, you'll find yourself surrounded by the world famous Pennsylvania Dutch Country, with horse-drawn buggies passing by, an Amish school across the field from the Inn, and working Amish farms on the North and West sides of the Inn. We have four newly decorated non-smoking rooms...2 with two queen beds and glider rocker chairs, and 2 with one queen bed and a sofa. Both have new furniture made by a local Amish craftsman, and great views.
