Rose House Bed & Breakfast, And Guest House, Gainesville, Texas

Gainesville Texas bed and breakfast (B&B) in historic home, with vintage guest house cottage next door

We sold Rose House and moved to our Guest House next door, the 1926 Byrd House, a charming restored cottage. The new owners of Rose House are not doing a B&B, but if you are looking for a B&B in or near Gainesville, try Miss Olivia's www.missolivias.com, Elm Creek Manor www.elmcreekmanor.com, or Alexander House www.alexanderbnb.com.

In Gainesville you can enjoy walking along tree shaded streets past unique Victorian homes, and shopping around the court house square for that special antique or gift. The Gainesville Factory Shops are a short drive from Rose House. We have a very good live theater group, The Butterfield Stage Players, who present 5 productions a year. Gainesville is serviced by Amtrak, if you want to come by train. Find information at
