Italian for the "Inn of Happiness," Albergo Allegria is an enchanting Queen Ann mansion (circa 1892) furnished with period wallpaper and antiques throughout. This Victorian Lady with gingerbread trim and hand painted woodwork of the original, is a registered historic site and the highest rated lodging in Greene County with a 4 Diamond rating from AAA and a 3 Star rating from Mobil Travel Guide. The Innkeepers take much pride in guest comfort and attention to detail. The parlor is warm and inviting with overstuffed couches plumped with pillows and crackling fire. In winter, each bed is graciously awarded cozy down comforters to ensure a good night's rest.
